  1. What is Velvet Skin?

Inspired by Korean skincare, Velvet Skin is a lot of a range of vegan, plant based and cruelty free skincare. We want you to have radiant, glowing skin.


  1. Are Velvet Skin products vegan, cruelty free?

Yes! Velvet Skin is 100% cruelty and vegan free. We do not test on animals and all of our ingredients are ethically sourced.


  1. What’s my skin like with Velvet Skin?

There are different instructions for each product. Follow the directions on the product packaging or on our site for detailed instructions.


  1. Do you ship internationally?

As of now we ship both globally and locally. Shipping rates and times vary with location. We have options available to check shipping when you go to checkout.


  1. How can I track my order?

Your order will be shipped, and when it is you will get an email with tracking number. With this number you can keep track of your order status.


  1. What if a product doesn't accurately represent the product image?

Within 30 days we accept returns of unused and unopened products. We will gladly exchange your damaged or defective item. For more details, please check our Return & Exchange Policy.


  1. If you have an issue with your order, what do you do about it?

If you have any problems about your order, please contact us immediately at help@getvelvetskin.com. If we can, we’ll be happy to fix it as fast as we can.


  1. What information can I use to contact customer support?

We can be contacted by email at help@getvelvetskin.com. Our team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.


  1. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 1–2 hours of placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.


  1. Are Velvet Skin products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, Velvet Skin products are formulated to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before full use.
